Hi, I am Vanessa, the proud owner of Connect Psychotherapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with relationship and communication difficulties. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, attachment or bonding difficulties, and mental health issue like depression. I love working with teenagers and individuals trying to find themselves again. 

For those in Mental Health, I provide supervision to interns; Registered Social Workers wanting to qualify for Clinical Registry, and Practicing Therapist who want supervision for their caseloads. 

I also love advocacy work, particularly raising mental health awareness among minority groups. I often make presentation on mental health issue and its impact to different groups of people.

I am licensed  in Alberta and Ontario provinces.
